Plus, without the laser, your teeth have to be exposed to the bleaching agent for much longer - thirty days rather than one or two like with laser whitening. However it is cheaper, you can get a home teeth whitening kit for a little under $100.
So there are the safest ways to whiten your teeth. I would recommend using the most expensive method you can afford, as with cosmetics you generally get what you pay for.
